THE REASON FOR THE SEASON

Greetings to you in Jesus name. As you read this, let this short message brings you good tidings of great joy.

There are many seasons being celebrated by people. All those seasons are not having reasons for its celebration, but it may have manmade traditions. But The Season which we celebrate has The Reason. Though we don’t know the right date and day, the reason for our celebration is beyond our season and tradition. The Reason for the Season changed the world upside down.

The reason for the Season brought hope in the lives of people. The Reason for the Season destroyed the devices of Satan.

I would like to share two reasons behind this Season.

1.      The Saviour is Gifted: Mt.1:21

The Reason for the Season is The Saviour is born. In Mt. 1:21 Bible says “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shall call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” Jesus – The saviour is gifted as a gift to all in this world. Jesus is the best gift that ever we received. He saves us from all our sins. He saves us from all our iniquities. He saves us from all our bondages. In 1Tim. 4:10 Bible says “who is the Saviour of all men, especially of those that believe”. Jesus is the saviour of all who believes. As we celebrate this Christmas season let us put our belief on Jesus Christ and make Him as our Saviour, then this season will have a reason.

2.      The One Who is with us is Gifted: Mt. 1:23,24

The next reason is, the Lord one who is with us id gifted to us. In this world there are so many dear and near say that they will be with us forever. People do promise, saying that they will not leave us, nor forsake us, but they fail.

The Good News is Jesus is the only one who is with us; His name is Immanuel (God with Us). The Lord has promised that He will not leave us nor forsake us. The Lord who promised is faithful, He never broken a Promise. So celebrate this season with the experience that Jesus is with us in all parts of our lives.

Jesus is the Reason for this Season.
